Derik is responsible to help lead the company’s efforts into new categories that will help accelerate new revenues, build out our corporate structure, and assist driving strategic decisions. Derik had previously worked for Generac Power Systems, Inc. for 18 years leading multiple channels of distribution including Vice President of North + South America, Residential Dealers, and Wholesale.

As a member of the Generac Dealer Council, Stephen is a leading visionary in the home power generation industry.  At Generator Supercenter he manages Big Box and Corporate Sponsorships at a national level ensuring that GSC is a name and brand that is trusted nationwide.

Mike Grosz

Director of Franchise Operations

Mike Grosz is our Onboarding and Technical Support with a background in Service and Installation. Support that ranges from ordering parts to completing installations and everything in between.

Mike is a veteran of Generator Supercenter and intimately understands the ins and outs of the business. Mike spearheads the franchise compliance concerning brand standards, contracts, and GSC Franchise Responsibilities.

Douglas Dixon
Director of Franchise Development

Douglas Dixon has been with Generator Supercenter for over a decade working in every aspect of the business. He has been on the development teams that created most of our systems. Douglas started his career in the Automotive industry and was General Manager, GSM, and F&I. He has also been TV spokesman and GM for the 2nd largest retail furniture store in North America. Douglas joined Generator Supercenter in August of 2009 and has been an integral part of our company’s success.

Haley Peels-Moss is a truly instrumental part of our franchise team. Her focus revolves around day-to-day accounting, software support, as well as onboarding, to our franchisees. Haley grew up in our GSC family and is loved by all of our franchisees.

Ryan Williams

Franchise Coordinator

Ryan handles all Franchise Training, Software, and Operations Support. Supporting with scheduling and workflow ensuring that all systems are in place and running appropriately, She also schedules and manages all on and off site training with our franchisees.

Aaron Bostick

Field Consultant

Aaron came to GSC with 15 years of commercial electrical construction experience. He has invested 11 years in Home Standby Power for the Houston market, performing over 1,000 installs. As a Franchise Field Consultant, he helps our franchisees across the United States with technical questions and best practices.

Leah Tabares

Senior Account Analyst

Leah started her accounting career with income tax and bookkeeping. Later, she got the position of Senior Accountant for an office that oversaw hundreds of fast-food restaurants, such as KFC and Pizza Huts. Leah started at GSC Houston as a Senior Accountant and is now using her knowledge to assist our franchisees.

Marketing Coordinator
Samira graduated from Sam Houston State University with a BFA in Theatre Arts. She transitioned her knowledge of how to market herself in the entertainment industry into a passion for all things marketing and social media. As the Marketing Coordinator, Samira makes sure all franchisees follow our brand guidelines for marketing, including websites, ads, and social media, and helps instill best practices on all marketing efforts.

Stephanie helps Franchisees navigate their onboarding process and provides continuous support utilizing our FranConnect software. Stephanie is a great first point of contact, readily available to address inquiries and offer solutions. Stephanie's professional background is marked by extensive experience in Customer Service, Accounting, and Human Resources.

Nate graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Stout with a bachelor’s in Human Development. He has 10 years of sales experience and for the past 2 years has been a sales rep for GSC in the Fort Worth office. As a Regional Franchise Manager, Nate works with our franchisees to help them develop and offers any support they may need to be successful.

Justin is originally from St. Louis, but now lives in Florida. He graduated from Arizona State University in 2010 with a degree in Business Management. He got into franchising in 2014 and has worked with some of the most recognized franchise brands. In his most recent role, he was consulting with small businesses and a variety of franchise brands in the health/fitness, home services, and retail industries. As a Regional Franchise Manager, Justin is the liaison between franchisor and franchise focusing on driving productivity, speedy growth and organizational optimization.

Franchise Onboarding Manager

Ken has been perfecting his skills in Franchising for over 20 years. He has expertise in a diverse range of industries including restaurant, childcare and home service franchises. Originally from Missouri, Ken made Texas his home a decade ago, and he has no intentions of leaving anytime soon. He eagerly anticipates collaborating with our esteemed Franchise Operations team to deliver top-tier support to all of you.

Dan Doheny
Regional Franchise Manager

Dan has held sales, operations, and asset protection roles up to the Director level. These roles afforded him the opportunity to learn many aspects of Big Box as well as Specialty retail. One of his most rewarding experiences was supporting Franchisees in the convenience store industry. He supported many individuals in increasing their sales and service, while also increasing their overall bottom-line performance.
